Petitinvention- Best of April

These are the top five April posts which got the most access this month.

1. Desktop Calendar Wallpaper: May 2008

This has turned a lot more popular than I expected, so I’ll make many other calendars in this style. I have to ask my uncle again to do the calligraphy.

2. Don’t Leave Your Trash for Long

I made the design look very fun, so there are so many pingbacks

If your icon on the desktop changes its design by lapse of time, I thought it would be helpful telling you it’s becoming old. And these too are of the same concept: icons that change their designs when a certain condition is met.

I don’t know what will happen when you use this to see the “Library” folder in your mac, though…

Thank you all for your interest and comments!

Look at What You Don’t See Through Glass

Here are some more examples of how you might be able to use the device I introduced before.

Mac Morph?

What amazed me most about the Morph concept by Nokia is that it came from Nokia itself, not by a daydreaming designer like me, meaning it’s quite promising.
I really like the material that is flexible enough to change its form. If that’s really possible,

Mac Morph?
first it could be used as a display,

Mac Morph?
second, fold it half and it could be used as a macbook pro,

Mac Morph?
and for some more other purposes,

Mac Morph?
it would be useful to read like a magazine,

Mac Morph?
and if it could be folded a few times, it could be an ipod.

Oh, am I daydreaming again?

Future of Mobile Internet Search: Applications

I think the following ideas should enhance the functionality of the device I introduced. Many applications like these will be developed that have never been possible.

Applications

Indoor guide
Works in a building, airport, station, hospital, etc.

Applications

Automatic simultaneous translation

Applications

Search keyword
Helpful when you want to find out a word from a lot of text
